Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Processing
Please allow 5 business days for order processing. Order processing will often take less time but complexity and current volume may vary and we ask for allowing up to 5 business days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation emails with your order number and details promptly. Please check your spam and junk folders and add us to your safe list to ensure you receive proper notices.
Any questions concerning orders placed should be directed to orders@everydaypetites.com with your order #.
Shipping
Standard shipping is for within the United States at the most cost effective rates nationwide.
We use a service that verifies addresses to help prevent input errors and prevent complications with your order. Please ensure all your input information is correct so that there are no problems with your order.
Please do not use a P.O. Box to receive your order as some carriers will not deliver. This is beyond our control. Your items may be sent back mid shipment by the carrier if the address is incompatible with their delivery policy (i.e. using a Post Office address.)
Depending on your items and complexity of your order, you may receive your order in more than one shipment. You will receive all relevant tracking numbers to your order accordingly.
The arrival time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed and is subject to carrier circumstances and unforeseen events.
We cannot be responsible for packages upon delivery.
Returns
Damages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the rare instance that your product is damaged or that you receive an incorrect item. Please report these claims within 24 hours of receiving. You may contact Customer Support at customersupport@everydaypetites.com
Return policy
Returns are considered within guidelines. Inquiry must be made by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.:
To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original package materials including packing slips. You’ll also need to include the receipt of purchase. Items must be in outstanding condition upon inspection to be accepted for return. Items with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, odors or stains of any kind will not be accepted.
Note: Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box and should be shipped back in other shipping material to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in an extra 15% fee deducted from your credit/refund.
Nonreturnable: Earrings, hair accessories, hats, undergarments, hosiery/socks, or any product with the sanitary tags removed are not returnable. Anything marked “final sale” is also not returnable.
Beyond these guidelines we do have a return portal that helps you, and us in the inquiry process. You will be directed in accordance to our guidelines. Initiations must be made within 7 days of delivery accordingly. You may begin your request at our Return Portal. Returns are sent through USPS only. Returns sent without initiation through our designated procedures will not be accepted.
Any return sent to us will be inspected. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if merchandise is not in its original condition and is not within guidelines.
Refund Policy
- Store Credit: Within checkout, there is an option to include coverage for Free return for store credit. This must be added during purchase to qualify for the Free Return Coverage. (See Return Coverage & Protection below.) All other general qualifications must be met. If your return is accepted, your credit will be processed within a few business days.
- Refund to Original Payment: If your return is accepted, you will receive refund for the items returned, to the original form of payment, excluding return shipping and a 6% restocking fee is applied. Original shipping fee is not returned. All other general qualifications must be met. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within a few business days but exact timing depends on your bank.
Return Coverage & Protection
We recommend including Checkout+ Return Coverage and Package Protection to your cart[order]. You will see this option in your cart options. If you need assistance with this, please contact us. Checkout+ is a service we have partnered with that gives you extra coverage for return labels and package claims. If you do not include this at the time of your checkout, it cannot be added to your order later. If you didn’t include it in your order, you will have the opportunity to purchase labels in our guided portal if needed.
